        Call in for a Sunday Carvery and Yes the meal was nice, but I like my veg cooked a bit more.

        Very disappointed. We had a table booked for 1:30pm on Sunday 22nd January for a carvery with my son my wife and granddaughter. We arrived on time only to be told they had no food left for the carvery and they werent able to fulfil the booking. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The Pen Mill Hotel was great and accepted a booking for 2pm.Ive add these few lines now I realise that the Carpenters Arms closed that afternoon so running out of food was very disappointing I maybe understand a bit more why it happened.
