A charming 15th-century Church though a church was probably on this site as early as the 12th century. Simple in design but the south Chapel houses a splendid sandstone & alabaster tomb of Sir Ralph Grey & his wife Elizabeth,C 1443.

Visited here Saturday 30th February 2020 with my daughter. My grandfather John whillis was baptized here. He was a gardener at chillingham castle. The church is stunning inside , full of history and vibes. I sat for a while and prayed for peace for all. We bought the postcards at the doorway. Lovely peaceful church.
