Love this place and sorry we did not have longer to stay. Really convenient location to everything in the region, beautifully appointed house with so many amazing extra touches it felt like you were staying with friends. Comfortable well appointed rooms - super comfy beds. So much local knowledge and tips from the hosts. Love love Love

We arrived at this beautiful manor in a stunning Northumberland setting to a very warm welcome from our hostess - tea and freshly-baked ginger cake and a lovely fire burning in the wood burner. Beautiful twin-aspect bedroom, light, airy and stylishly furnished, and en suite with both bath and separate shower. The guest rooms, of which there are three, are quite separate from the host's quarters, so privacy is guaranteed. Next morning, delicious cooked breakfast in front of another open fire in the classically decorated and large dinning room. Rain discouraged us from visiting the castle opposite or the Chillingham cows, so we will have to return! This is a hidden gem.
