The insurance company requested this company repair my car in the Canterbury Branch Chilham. It took 4 weeks to collect the car. The courtesy car was 5 star. Unfortunately after nearly 3 weeks my car came back with scratched and marks on brand new panels. The wing mirror cover wasnt put back on properly either. So it went back to branch. The insurance company even sent an independent engineer to assess the work in which it was deemed unfit to return to customer. Another 2 and a half weeks later I met the engineer at branch to find one of the scratches was still there but faintly and my fuel cover wasnt put back on properly to the point it would lock onto the latch. So after another 30 minute wait the car was finished. A couple of things to note! When the car was delivered back to me the first time it didnt seem to have been checked or it was but they dont care. Secondly I took photos as proof of the bad workmanship. Thirdly if its through insurance you can and should definitely request another auto body repairer.
