The Hair Salon Bagham Barn

Poor customer service. I booked an appointment for a couple of weeks ago, received email confirming the date and time. Travelled to the salon only to find it all closed and nobody there, no answer on either phone number so left voicemails and emailed, then gave up and went home feeling deflated (this is the first salon appointment I've booked for myself in 3 years, and with a young child the logistics for some me time don't come easily!). An hour later I received a cold response saying they didn't have a booking that day, so I sent a copy of the email confirmation. Their response to that was along the lines of "we have a new booking system and your appointment didn't carry across" and "sorry for any inconvenience", which came across as pretty insincere. I explained it wasn't just inconvenient, but a waste of fuel, time and the childcare I had arranged for that day. I hope if this review is read by the team they consider some re-training in customer service. If this review gets a response refuting any of the facts I won't hesitate to post screenshot of our communications.

Brand new jacket ruined with the bleach, no apology. Waited 17 days for an explanation/callback. Shame, I liked Sophie too
