Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and unhelpful. If Happy Tenant put even a fraction of the time spent avoiding their job into actually doing their job, they might deserve this single star. This company is so incompetent, the landlord had to become directly involved to sort out the series of disasters of Happy Tenant's own making. Building locks were changed without noticing tenants, repairs are left unfinished if attended to at all, including water damage and mold concerns. Repairs always require follow up as they're not done properly the first time around. 24 hour notice is not given in regards to contractors or others needing to enter the property. When requesting to receive legal notice, Happy Tenant responded it was "not their job to babysit".

I've been a client of Happy Tenant for a few years now, and just wanted to write a quick note to say how helpful and professional Cordelia has been. Both the day to day property management and recently helping me to find a new tenant have made Foxtons seems like a (very) bad and distant nightmare. Also being patient with me when I disappear and don't respond to urgent emails!
