        Kept sending receipts from serviced accommodation deals which I pulled out from. Keep sending emails stating this but keep getting ignored. Seems like grossly incompetent management company and pulled out due to sourcing agent and rent was be paid through via serviced accommodation revenue which never happened

        AVOID!!! Avoid at all costs. Fake credit checks for tenants, no referencing of tenants and just after your money. Have had to resort to legal action. Save yourself the hassle and avoid. Cowboys, they are thieves not a property management company. The 5* reviews are by the owner Reza Afshar and other people who work at Unico.

        Avoid at all costs. They sent me fake property picures from WhatsApp that does not existand try to say property is gone (saying someone has put a deposit on it) when they know it was already gone and waste my time. i have had a horrible experience with this unproffessional company. Now that i raised a complaint about the wrong property on WhatsApp, they have taken their website down to hide al the properties. look at picture i attached. a very unprofessional do not use them
