Impatient and impolite. Went with my newborn baby, but I couldn't take her photograph. He was so impatient and rude. Only go if you want to have your dose of racism. I wish with all these reviews, action is taken, and he is made to take some responsibility.

The Man at this shop is impolite. Went for 5 week old new born passport photo, he was rude and inconsiderate.

Poor service, the staff dont know what they are doing! A lot of mistakes are involved. Just a waste of money!!!

Came into the store three months ago to get a Kodak colored film cartridge with a female employee at the store serving me, to realize now that she wrongly picked the black and white cartridge. Called up the store to address this problem expecting the manager to at least sound apologetic but NO. The guy sounded arrogant and condescending that it was my fault for not checking. He may be forgetting that he is the one that works in a camera shop not me. I bought the camera for the sole purpose of taking pictures not to be an expert on it. I have no knowledge on where to read on the cartridge but when I ask an expert to get me a specific type of cartridge I do expect him to get me the correct one, rather than a random one sitting on the shelf. They take no accountability for their mistake and make clients bear the consequences of their mistake.
