I highly recommend this shop. I was served by Daniel and Justine and they couldnt have been more helpful. I didnt know where to start and they assisted room by room until I was able to choose the most beautiful lights for my new house. Thank you so much! So knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Had very good service from the Lighting Store - i'm having a kitchen refit, and needed a new ceiling light. I find lighting is something you need to see in the real world, so wasn't happy just buying something i'd seen online, so made the trek over to Finchley Road to their showroom. They had quite a large range, and the store-guy who helped me was knowledgable and experienced and helpful given my lack of knowledge of how modern lighting tech and specifications work. I needed a light in a hurry for my builders - and they were able to get me exactly what i chose out, delivered to my door in 2 days (as i was on a bike and couldn't carry it from the shop myself). I just need to get it installed and switched on now, but i love the design and it certainly looks the business.

Incredibly rude and condescending service on multiple occasions. Very bizarre customer service. Its a shame as I would like to support a small bricks and mortar business.

If I could give this store -10 stars I would. The staff are so unbelievably RUDE, PATRONISING AND CONDESCENDING. I have never been spoken to like that in any shop. I would not spend my hard earned money in this place. If you can't be polite and helpful to your customers, don't be in sales!!!!
