Just want to say the old brown lady sorry dont know her name (receptionist) is very very rude. Its not one two or three times happened every time she is making trouble . When ever call she not responding properly try not to give appointments . She is not helpful even making troubles without any reason. I transfer my kids from other GP just because of dr sawacha,. She is very kind and nice lady but that old lady always making handles to through me to dr. Please resolve this problem to make this Gp accessible.

Staff at the reception is always been an issue at the practice, but especially receptionist Clare is extremely RUDE it seems like she is not saying anything wrong but her tone and answers are like we are calling her own clinic and she is giving a favour to answer! People are actually calling there who are seeking for help because something is wrong with health etc but not to speak with someone so moody and unprofessional. I guess no one monitors that. It should be Improved!!! The only reason Im still there is because of great Doctors

New patient at surgery. Glad I didn't listen to the reviews as I've only had nice experiences. Receptionists professional and kind and the Dr was the same. Downplayed Dr Sawatcha is a Dr but she also just has such a kind genuine soul, easy to talk to and good people. I Really appreciate her.

Dr Sawacha is absolutely Professional and capable doctor,always willing to help.
