Communication was excellent from start to finish through what became a protracted sale. Alicia was an absolute pleasure throughout the whole process regularly going above and beyond. If only all estate agents were so passionate and diligent.

Alicia Casingena who works at Ellis & Co was my main point of contact during my purchase and she was exceptional during the whole process. Efficiency and professionalism came as standard and the experience was nothing more than brilliant. She done exactly what was said on the tin!! Alicia is the most charismatic person let alone estate agent I have ever dealt with. Always cheerful and putting a smile on your face, but always keeping the ball rolling in keeping the purchase progressing despite various setbacks in a professional and understanding manner.
