        Nice products shame about terrible website with so many glitches its actually difficult to buy anything

        Bought two pillowcases recently used them for the 1st time for 95 used them for a week then washed them following carefully the instructions ie 30 degree wash and they are totally ruined not fit for purpose I rang up and asked for a replacement and was told tough.

        Received some lovely black long silk socks, for Christmas: perfect for staying snug under formal work trousers. Sadly they don't last very long: I 've only worn them a few times and they are pilling a lot and one alrready has a hole above my little toe...

        Made an order from Patra. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived. After three calls eventually someone called me back and admitted that they didn't have stock. Why confirm an order saying I'd have it in a few days when they have no stock. If they'd have been better at communication I could forgive them. Cancelled the order and won't return.
