My issue isn't with the treatment, but with the professionalism involved with the communication with my health insurer. Invoices frequently were late, had to constantly chase for them. Then having only a month left on my insurance policy and being entitled to four more sessions, I asked Igophysio to send the information that my insurer requires, and this didn't happen in time for me to have my treatment. Igophyso didn't answer the insurer calls, didnt return voice mail messages, whilst denying to me that this contact ever happened. After chasing Igophysio several times over the month on this, the time simply ran out. Extremely unprofessional and best to avoid.
