The manager old lady of the shop is terribley rube. She is the worst I came across in my entire life. Besides that, the shop is extremely overpriced. I really don't recommend this shop !

The elderly blonde lady with glasses changes the timetable at the entrance non-stop. insensitivity!!! Once he writes that there are 30 minutes left, then he comes back and pastes another sheet saying that there are 30 minutes left. Don't waste your time here!!!

Disgusting attitude received this morning (12/07/22) from the lady with glasses/short curly hair. I asked if I could look at a gold clutch box in the glass cabinet and she replied "oh it's 100 and then quickly said sorry it's 75 sold the one that's 100 last week I didn't want to scare you with the price!? The only thing that scared me was the obnoxious, patronising attitude from this ignorant narrow minded woman! She clearly had made assumptions about me!! I would have happily made a purchase today and many other future purchases as I buy many vintage items and are always on the look out for them however i felt her behaviour did not warrant me spending my money here! Also the way in which the items were displayed in the glass cabinet was shocking, there was no care whatsoever all the items were just all thrown in haphazardly which was very off putting. This was my first visit here and my last.

As a customer should say the old lady that I think is manager (because yelling at volunteers at shop floor) is very rude and disrespectful. I where in cancer research shops before they treat the customers respectfully but this old lady is annoying I never back there again.
