They are smart on how they pull in there customers. I joined in September where most people start and he kids pool was working perfect and there was enough staff (life guard). Now I signed up my kids and they enjoyed swimming however as October approached they stated to put the sign on the pool, no swimming is allowed and I asked them why is the sign up they said they don't have enough staff, then next time they said someone didn't come in to work, then next time the pool needs fixing. My kids have not been swing since steptember we are now in November and the pool is still not available.

Awful gym! Ladies steamroom has been out of service for 2 years! Poor excuses by managers "waiting for parts" " can't find the parts " "the room needs to be refurbished " " we are waiting for engineers.....all of this has taken 2 years!! Staff are rude and lack common courtesy. I am glad they are closing - they do not deserve the space. Let's get them out and bring a new service provider who actually cares and takes action to clean and fix the place up. I even took pictures to the management, and they just say the PT's are supposed to clean the machines, but none of them ever do! It's not their job anyway!! Towels are handled by staff with dirty hands, and hygiene is not exercised. Showers are smelly, and you can actually smell urine in them. Shampoo dispensers are rubbish and do not work. I have no energy to tell you more!! Good ridden to them...

Excellent gym with ample space, it's one of the largest Virgin Actives I've been to especially given its central location. Clean and well run, some of the facilities look a little tired and could use a facelift. There's a separate workout space for females and spa facilities are also contained within male/female changing areas.
