My son and his school mates went here, bought chicken burger with MOULD on it ,when they complained, instead of making another burger or a REFUND, the staff gave the students A PIECE OF STRIP , i repeat ONE PIECE OF STRIP! ridiculous! Very unhygienic! Should be reported to the food and safety people as i can see there are lots of complaints in here... do something about this soon enough your branch will be shut down! I will make sure to pass this to the head of SAMS franchise..

Ordered food, it was stinking. Staff refused to accept despite me saying Ill bring it back to prove it. The person I spoke to said rotten food is nothing to do with the law. Definitely a freshie without any clue. Keep the refund I dont want it but stop selling chicken that seems like you washed it in salt before cooking to mask the stench. All this could have been avoided if u just said sorry sir we will make sure we dont sell to kids!!! I have been in acquisitions of 150 KFCs and have had my own restaurants so I know about food.
