        Appalling customer service.

        Company always struggles to ship next day outside of London, I know this as I have lived in London and outside. I rarely EVER get my health essential contact lenses NEXT DAY despite being forced to pay 4 shipping fee, as there is no standard. Every month this happens, its always a health arsed response tracker is not guaranteed, they are liars and really disgusting service all the time. Every single time. I hope these companies can experience some form of regulation soon. As this is unfair!!!

        Poor service, took over 2 weeks to get back to me regarding my next day delivery. Left unable to see for weeks. Vision direct much better.

        Would give zero stars. Took my money and did not tell me discontinued until I rang them asking where my order is. Now expecting me to pay 50 for new ones. Unacceptable
