Overpriced and a scam, Avoid! I went for a simple deep clean and battery replacement, they gave me the whole high quality service sales speech etc. Deep clean: 89 (50 most places). Battery replacement: nearly 400 (Script was, battery is not in Europe, they will have to ship from USA). I agreed to these costs as i needed the work done urgently and was naive regarding cost of high-performance laptop batteries. During the clean, they broke one of the fans, however, they replaced it for free but i had to wait an extra week without my laptop. Fast forward 2 months later, the new battery (400) becomes faulty (77% max charge), i message the shop and they responded at first, then start ghosting when they realise what the problem is. I opened my laptop and searched for the battery they installed online, and this battery "SR04XL" is 43 online. They charged nearly 400 for a 43 battery, lesson learnt. TLDR: I got scammed, ask for visual part price.
