The receptionist doesnt answer the phone most of a day and the Barnet appointment line tells you "just keep trying". Some of us actually need to focus on the job... Then, the appointment comes and you are left waiting for 37 minutes to be precise. One year review is conducted in a waiting room full of other screaming toddlers and stressed parents. You barely hear questions asked by a health visitor over the noise. There are some excellent health professionals in the UK, the problem is if you want a good customer service and pleasant experience you have to pay for it and dearly. Well, I rather spend my coffee money on a highly qualified paediatrician who sees us in his office then this...
