        Very unhappy a regular and I mean regular at the luton branch. On this last occasion was not given a receipt, went home checked on the app and found staff member who has been working there for a while so no excuse, charged us for 2 meal deals at additional cost. We never asked for this, and I'm extremely unhappy by this dishonesty. I have since gone back and spoke to manager Abdullah, who was exceptional, and resolved my concerns and the complaint, also let me have a large discount on my food. So now a happier customer. All round great resolution to the complaint. Kid-friendliness: Very unhappy

        Would give minus if I could. I had an issue at the Fleet Service Station store on M3. Ive put a complaint through to head office through the website about the racist treatment I got there and just been ignored. Obviously not on your priority list.

        Shameful business practices. They sell gift cards that none of the branches are able to process. I've visited Lakeside, Lewisham and Romford. I've emailed head office and never heard back either. Scam artists and fraudsters here. Would avoid them.
