        Loved this cake! I went in store and choose a cake off the shelf, it was super fluffy light and moist, best cake by far from cakebox.... love their service! They wrote the message there and then and it was ready to take home straight away! :)

        Becareful of ordering from here for delivery. I ordered a cake that arrived destroyed. I rang the shop but they had no sympathy. They said contact ubereats it's their responsibility - and that they sent the cake in 'perfect condition' and the only solution is to reorder another cake at my cost. Very stressful!! When I needed a cake today. I would not order from here ever again. Very disappointed with my cake and the customer service here! Its ruined a birthday.

        Very bad experience Paid for a big cake and did not use half of it is the cake was disgusting and completely burnt between the layers! Needed to use force to cut into the cake !
