Terrible customer service. Was made to feel belittled, like I was asking too much of them and honestly I left feeling a bit insulted. Whoever was behind the counter clearly did not want to be there and it showed. Rude, snappy and short tempered. Only giving 2* because I managed to do what I needed to... eventually. I will be thinking twice about going to this branch again

Worst customer service Ive experienced. The woman behind the counter did not look like she wanted to work there. Rude attitude and demeanour. We have closed our bank account as a result.

Nationwide do not take more than 5 bags of coins. The woman behind the counter could not have told me this in a more rude and non caring manner. Maybe send your staff on a course to learn how to communicate with people.
