The worst bank ever in the world!!!! If you don't want loose your money or you just want to use it like everybody, never make account there!!! I started to study and work after my pregnancy and maternity and they blocked my account without reason!!!!!! Probably because just started to go money on my account again.... And the staff is not helpful as well!!!!!!! I had to wait hours with baby, and the manager didn't come out from the office!!!! They didn't care how will i pay everything...... they didn't give any info about my money what i earned why i can not use it! Unacceptable!!!!! Worst bank, worst branch!!!!!

An elderly lady was probably mugged at the Lloyd's cash point, she went inside to ask for help and the staff were very apathetic. .

The worst bank ever in the world!!!! If you don't want loose your money or you just want to use it like everybody, never make account there!!!
