I made a purchase and paid for it straight away just to find out that my order has been canceled. I made many phone calls and sent many messages for the refund and I've received nothing. The case is in Small Case Court now. AVOID THAT SELLER AS THEY ARE JUST LIERS!

On Tuesday evening I purchased and bought for different items. On Friday I called them asking if there was problem with my order because I didn't see if it was shipped. They put them together quickly and posted them. The lady called me back saying one of the items was out of stock. She took my bank details promising would get the refund. On the next week I sent them two Facebook messages and an email asking about my refund. On Friday (one week later I was promised the refund) I got a message that it had been sent to the account department but they would chase it up. It is Saturday evening and nothing has been shown up on my account. 8 days later I was promised the refund. It is just 10.00 but a costumer should not been treated this way. Definitely I will never use this service again!
