I went to see Kate when I was feeling really low and immediately felt it was the right thing to do. I felt relaxed, at ease, and listened to. I found that over the sessions I looked at life in a new and more positive way. This has grown even more over time and I feel happier and more forward looking. I still use the self hypnosis occasionally and I appreciate her support and guidance in helping me to change and to follow a more positive direction in life. I am still enjoying moving forward and looking ahead.

Literally the best decision I ever made going to see Kate. Her sessions transformed my mindset and were incredibly instrumental in helping me through difficult times in my life. She's warm and friendly and it's a lovely, relaxed environment to be in.

I had some hypnotherapy sessions with Kate when I was going through a big change in my life, which was making me feel quite anxious and unsettled. Kate is a really lovely and supportive lady who really helped me to refocus on what I was trying to achieve with my life. The sessions also really helped to calm me down, made me feel more confident and most of all gave me some belief in myself again. Thank you, I would definitely recommend!

I found Kate to be a really fantastic therapist and I most definitely recommend her. I was nervous about going to therapy for a long time and I am so relieved I went as it has really changed my life. I now understand how essential it is to see someone and I won't ever look back.
