Took our 3 legged Mylo to Steph for his first grooming. She is a dog whisperer! He came out looking fresh. Would recommend her to anyone how needs a calming influence for their dogs groomer

Both of my dogs have now visited Steph for a wash, cut and nails - clearly loves animals and very professional service. Our GSPointer Fraggle is a large dog we struggle to wash and Steph was great with her, and put her at ease. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

My family and I were recently holidaying in Blandford Forum during the heatwave. In order to make my Cavapoo Bodhi more comfortable with the heat, I decided to have him groomed to help keep him cool. We booked an appointment at Country Paws for the next day. When I collected him, I knew immediately something was not right. He seemed very agitated and after the initial joy at seeing me, he became very distant and unresponsive. I also had a better look at her grooming area and it looked quite dirty. When we got back to our cottage, I had a closer look at him and could see the groom was extremely poor. Chunks of fur were missing from his face and body, his claws had been clipped very very tightly which must have been painful. I noticed that he was still slightly wet which explains the lack of brush out and his eyes definitely hadnt been cleaned. Im absolutely devastated that I put my dog through that. He didnt talk to me for weeks after. I took him my usual groomer today as I hoped enough time had passed that my dog wouldnt still be anxious. He was fine but the groomer was shocked and appalled at the state of him. Please please please avoid this place. It should be reported to the local council.
