        SHOCKING SHOCKING customer service and facilities. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! we booked a 3 night special stay for my 8 year olds sons birthday with another family towards the end of the summer holiday last year. Power went out in the first night and then no hot water. We explained to the owner who said he would supply a generator which would charge the batteries and ignite the heating system sadly this did nothing whatsoever! We then said we would have to leave early due to the conditions being not a Fantastic Luxurious Glamping site and was agreed to be compensated for not being able to stay for our full 3 night break. Followed up today as to why we had still not yet been refunded by his assistant Jo Angell and was told by the owner I believe to be Mr Stuart Angell "I WILL THINK ABOUT IT" I asked him how long he would need to think about it and was shouted at to "GET A LIFE"!!! and "DO I NOT HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO WITH MY TIME" he then proceeded to hang up on me.
