I booked HyGenius because their online booking system was very easy to use, and allowed me to pick a time at my convenience in my own time without having to organise it over the phone. Their costs are VERY clear and reasonable. Amy and Jonathon were incredibly professional, and wonderful. They listened to all the things I asked for, and cleaned them properly. After the clean, they asked if I wanted to go around and check their work. I was very pleased with how clean everything was. There were a few nooks and crannies that hadn't been done, and they were very happy to clean those. I would highly recommend them.

Calling it a "standard clean" does not do justice to what they do. Each week they don't just settle for doing the basics. If they have any time they find the extra something to get sparkling, which makes all the difference. Brilliant! Lily and Rachel have done an outstanding job keeping my home nice to live in during the pandemic as they did before. They are also a delight to know and bring a bit of sunshine with them. Jon and Amy are passionate about providing the perfect cleaning service. They and their staff are friendly, professional, conscientious, polite, and brilliant cleaners. They listen and take on board any extras or variations. They are great value for money. I would highly recommend them.

Punctual, professional, polite and particular are all words that describe Hygenius. I have been delighted with their work and they help me so much. I am very fussy when it comes to cleaning and I have never been disappointed. Would always be happy to recommend them.
