H.H.UK (Emergency Plumber) Chigwell

My tenant had a running toilet and I'm based out of state at the moment. The plumber was able to make it to the apartment quickly, was brilliant about staying in contact with me and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was also nice enough to have a conversation with me about how I can be proactive about future problems I may encounter (he wasn't pushy or up-selling in the least, he was genuine and I really appreciate it).

I was very impressed with this company on all accounts. When I called, the phone was answered quickly by a kind woman, not a machine. She promptly recorded all my plumbing issues and scheduled a team of plumbers to arrive within a couple of hours. When H.H.UK team arrived they arrived a few minutes before schedule! They very quickly diagnosed the problems that caused the 2 leaks seeping through my kitchen and family room ceilings. In no time, the problem was repaired and I could not be happier. I also want to mention that the men were very respectful and explained everything in detail. Their professionalism and attention to detail will have me recommending them to anyone I know who may need a plumber.
