We had a cowboy come to our home and maliciously damage our boiler beyond repair. Gary from heatwiz fixed the problem and was simply amazing. Kind, understanding and thorough. Gary sourced the parts and rectified the damage quickly. He gave us sound advice and understood the problem we were facing and knew exactly how to resolve it. A true professional and gentleman. Absolute professionals, on time and talked me through the issues and their assessment of it. It wasnt a simple, straight forward boiler fix and the gentleman was training a college student throughout, went through all potential causes and gave me good advice throughout for future issues.
