        The staff are wonderful with trips out and carers and nurses always available. Highly recommend. Also evening entertainment normally with a singer and if you are not on a day trip there is daytime activities. Also the food is first class.

        Ive given 1 star as this is the lowest score I can give. My parents stayed during the summer as a relaxing break, and had to leave early due to the poor quality of care, accommodation and food. Not only were the information and pictures on the website misleading, but when they subsequently complained their complaints were dismissed and they received no compensation. Accommodation was shabby, food basic and barely edible and above all else the carers were inexperienced and they felt unsafe in their care. The manager spoke to my mum after they complained and was adamant that the staff werent the problem and were trained, but this isnt the case in my parents experience - they may be trained on the basics but nothing more. Im posting this review in the hope that anyone considering booking here thinks again before they spend their money. This trip has set my parents confidence back and now theyre unlikely to try to travel anywhere again. Really, really poor.
