        Piss poor service was supposed to receive 2 packages next day delivery, only received one. Phoned back Danielle who told me they didn't have enough vans collect parcels to take all parcels for next day and my missing package would arrive today. 2 days after purchase It hasn't arrived she lied, tried phoning several times several extensions no answer from any department. Avoid at all costs waste of time and worthless staff that lie, will be awaiting my refund

        OUTSTANDING, helpful and knowledgeable customer support by phone. Best garden centre I've ever dealt with for online orders. 11/10 for picking the phone up quickly, with a friendly helpful attitude, problem solved with overnight!! delivery. Thank you, you are miles ahead of the competition.

        Brought 1 litre pH 7 & 1 litre pH 4 they sent out 1 litre pH 7 & 300ml pH 4. Mistakes happen so I made a phone call to customer service & the next day had it sorted & a new one was on the way also they let me keep the 300ml of pH 4. Appreciate the fast service on rectifying the mistake. 5
