There are many problems with the DL in Chigwell - including that it is over sold and has awful parking, however, one of the highlights of the club is Joanna, the membership liaison. Joanna's friendly approach to the members is outstanding and she consistently goes out of her way to help and is always a friendly face. Her manner is fabulous and makes you feel that she is always willing to help.

Joined David Lloyd recently to keep me moving. Friendly staff and good facilities. I especially enjoyed the spa experiences. They are upgrading their changing room and shower areas. This is something they need to do earlier. Recently they established a Member Support desk with a real person whom you can talk to. My experience with Joanna was excellent. She is friendly and helpful. All my questions were well answered. She is enthusiastic to help. Keep this up. I really hope this Service will continue.
