Customers service is not good waiting since 7 February to get my money back for the bike which stop working as from today no further update yet

I don't recommend them at all, bought a product in February, never received it and still waiting for my refund, a real scam, besides Alan (the person in charge or maybe the owner) is so rude, he always says we should revert the transaction even though I told them is not possible after so long since my bank doesn't allowed, anyways I already sent a card by recorded post and if he doesnt give me my money back in less than 7 days I will take this more seriously and even get compensation for the waiting time. Oh, I forgot to mention he said to go IN PERSON to his office if I wanted my money back, which is not even legal since the purchase was made by email and didn't receive any precontractual information... The comment isnt fake as he is saying down here, I already sent to google the transfer confirmation when my husband purchase the product that didnt arrive, we can proceed now on the sue...

Unit 6. When you turn in it's on your left hand side. High quality Chinese import electric bicycle, welbilt heavy-duty bicycles. Very nice people and polite and respectful. 1000.00 electric bicycle for 650.00. different bicycle at different prices. Very helpful. I would recommend them.
