Awful customer service

My wife, mother in law and two elderly relatives were booked for the unaccompanied train and bus tour with afternoon tea. We were told to go to the wrong tea room when we arrived. So we had to buy our lunch at an alternative venue at a cost of 104.20. I approached the company for a refund to the value of these meals. It was refused and we were offered the 50 which we paid for the afternoon teas. I even pursued the matter with 3 Counties Radio customer complaints show to no avail. As a matter of principle I took the company to the small claims court and won the case. I would urge anyone else who has had the same experience (and there are many) to do the same. The managing director was unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company as they are completely disorganised and have no idea regarding customer care. I would add that the volunteers at the train station were extremely knowledgeable and you can see that they love the work they do.
