I started my weight loss journey with Liam a month ago and 7session in, i have already started noticing changes. Before training with Liam, i had constant swelling in my left leg for over a year and most shoes did not fit or were very uncomfortable. After only 1month of training my feet have stopped swelling altogether and my weight has noticeably gone down. Liam is very professional and punctual. He will push you in the best way possible to achieve the best results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've just started training with Liam from 2 Tuff Health & Fitness, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best in the business. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about fitness and boxing, but he is also incredibly passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals. From the very first session, he took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness level and goals. He tailored my workouts to my specific needs and pushed me to work harder than I ever thought possible. He is always encouraging and supportive, and he never lets me give up. What sets my trainer apart from others is his attention to detail. He watches every movement I make and makes corrections when necessary to ensure that I am performing exercises correctly and avoiding injury. Liam is also great at explaining the science behind each exercise, which helps me understand how my body is benefiting from each movement. Overall, I would highly recommend Liam as a boxing coach to anyone looking to improve their fitness and boxing skills. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail make him an exceptional trainer, and I am grateful for the progress I have made under his guidance.

Liam is a great personal trainer and the inclusion of boxing into the routine is excellent. His ability to come to you is also superb, especially if you have limited time to get to & from a gym in your working (from home) day. Highly recommend.
