Provide a terrible service. They also hit and run people's vehicles and flee the scene. It's also interesting how they have something to say for all the reviews and not take accountability for their faults.

I told them that I would like to book mascot appearance for my sons birthday. I gave the date and time and they told me Thank you. The next day I asked them about how to make a payment and they said to give my name, address and email so they can send me the invoice. Later on they told me that someone else have booked and paid online for that day! I was very disappointed and my son was sad! They shouldve advised me to book it and pay it online and I wouldve done it straight away! Very unprofessional!

I booked the Bing mascot for my daughters 2nd Birthday and she had the best time ever. These guys are amazing. Very interactive with all of the kids as well as adults. They took so many photos and sent them over which was a bonus! Lovely people. I'll definitely use this company again.

Easy to arrange. Friendly and on time. Good quality. We had a Sesame Street themed bouncy castle.for our party Would definitely use this service again

Excellent, quality and easy to order. Delivery was confirmed ahead of time and arrived when they said it would and was collected on-time too by great staff. If you need a decent bouncy castle for a decent price. You've found it with Basil's bouncy castles.
