If I can give negative stars I would. This guy George Baldock, was called out to fix two windows that were penetrating noise and air. He came in and looked at it and said no problem. Came the next day and did the job, then i found out one window wasn't done properly. He cam out again and did something that broke the lock. He was frustrated and said he will order a part and come and fix it. Then he just disappeared, I messaged and called him , and he kept ignoring. Asked him to give my money back so I can find someone to fix the lock, he is refusing. After two month he now replied changing the story said it was already broken. This guy is a cowboy, so watch out. ---------- In response to the owners comment..... Correct there was no quote to replace locks, but he broke my locks that were not broken in the first place and refused to remediate the locks and just walked away. Also be aware this guy is using fake addresses on his site and his cards, it seems like this might be his stance to walk away from errors he causes without being tracked down. Seems like a fraudster. Be aware !

Very professional, friendly and put you at ease . He serviced my windows and quoted exactly what needed to be repaired. Because of his excellent customer service and skills I will most certainly recommend him to anyone who would like to have their windows serviced . He saved me the expense in paying out for new windows .Where I personally feel other tradesman could have easily said you need new windows. Thank you George ..
