Bought a car from Alex, very friendly, very helpful, a pleasure to buy from. Had a slight issue with the car after couple of weeks, phoned Alex who told me to get it sorted at local garage and he would reimburse me rather than having to take it back and waste fuel so his mechanic could rectify it. Would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from him.

Recently purchased an XC90 from Switch Autos. The whole process was stress free and pleasurable. Saw the car online and arranged a viewing. Was pleasantly suprised at how well presented the car was and how Alex let me look at the car then test drive it without hanging over me or applying any pressure. Once I decided I wanted the car Alex explained his warranty and we sorted payment. I took the car straight to my own mechanic as I know nothing about cars, I had explained to Alex I was doing this and he had no issues at all, a good sign of a teader who is confident in his stock and not trying to hide wrecks! It's now several weeks on and the car has not missed a beat. I would definitely use Switch Autos again. Alex is straight up front and simple to deal with. I have had some horrible experiences with used car dealers before. Alex has gone some way to restoring my faith.
