Absolutely awful management. Ive worked in this company for 2 years and a half. My colleagues and I have worked really hard for the young people we support but the horrible management made us leave with no regrets. They are racists, with double standards and there is no support from the executive team who are always in their office when we needed them. There was no staff to support all the young people and we had to be allocated to 2 or even 3 of them with no guarantee of good support. I am a psychologist who loves working with people and support them to improve their skills, but this organization really put me down. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
