Frog by the Sea Cottage, Frogmore Farm

I feel so lucky to have stumbled across Frog by the sea to celebrate our friends 40th Birthday. The cottage is a home from home, the moment we stepped through the door to an amazing welcome hamper, bubbles, cake in the fridge and all the personal touches, to sorting out the balloons and banners. The kitchen has everything you will need and the quality of the items is obvious. Communications are clear and precise so you always know what is expected and all done without disturbing our time. If you needed the hosts (Lisa & Philip) were easily contactable.. not that we did need them. Lisa welcomed us upon arrival and both are very friendly. The hot tub was a joy and those views down towards the sea, well I made the most of them each morning on the wonderful veranda. Lastly we had a lovely meal in the Anchor pub in Seatown (which you can see from the cottage next to the sea), highly recommend Frog by the sea and the Anchor. We will come again.. many thanks

We had a really enjoyable stay at Frog by the Sea Cottage. As a group of 6 adults, we found the cottage offered us plenty of space to spend time together, but also find peace and quiet when you want it, to read or just enjoy the views. All three ensuite bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, a mix of modern fixtures and fittings, while retaining some more traditional features. We were pleasantly surprised by the little things that make a real difference - the towels and robes for use with the hot tub, the basket of goodies for us and the dog and the essentials which went well beyond the normal milk, bread, tea and coffee. The cottage is really well situated to explore local attractions, as well as some lovely local walks straight out of the door. This is the best place we have stayed in for many years by far and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful cottage, everything you need is supplied and then even things you didnt know you needed. Top quality furnishings and lovely hosts. Its the best cottage we have ever stayed in anywhere I cant recommend it highly enough. They made our stay a real treat and decorated for our daughters birthday too. Thank you so much
