        The Cricketers Inn - Meopham. Lunch Sunday 31 Oct 2021 - Party of seven including 3 children. The pub was busy. Service was good, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was awful. Poor quality. poorly prepared and poorly presented. The 'roasted mains' had barely seen the inners parts of an oven. nowhere near fully cooked and lukewarm to boot. The kids 'special' burgers were tasteless dished up in stale buns. This was not a cheap meal. regrettably a long way short of being reasonable value for money.

        First post lockdown pub lunch! Little Brown Jug was great. Excellent friendly service, nice food and the kids had great time. What more could you ask for?
