This company has failed to deliver my windows and has not returned my 5000.00 deposit....they are not answering calls or emails, despite the fact that i have called more than 50 times and sent the same number of emails. i hope this review prompts a call back at least.... .Lucy your comments below are simply untrue! I have written to you formerly, but still not received my deposit back.... Still not heard back from them re my deposit...am now taking legal action...buyer beware! CCJ Issued Still not received my deposit back its now been 5 months.....this company should be on rogue traders!!! Russell Harvard you should be ashamed of yourself

Thank you Mr Rice for your comments. We understand your frustrations, however you are trying to cancel the contract because by your own admission you have found a cheaper supplier elsewhere. We explained that the profile you require has to come from a specialist supplier, and the lead time exceeded our original estimate. You stated this as a reason for wanting your deposit back, despite us having a contract with you. Could I kindly request that you put your views in writing rather than try and tarnish our reputation on here?
