        I cant get an appointment online as its not serviceable apparently and I cant get an an answer by phone I keep getting dr watts recording every time I press for reception. The time is 4.30 pm.

        Had to have my dreaded annual blood test today, it was done by Nurse Patel. What a dream nurse, knew that I didn't like needles, examined both arms to pick the best location, decided on the left. Strait in no problem took the blood with ease ,the best part, you cant even see the needle mark and absolutely no bruising. Absolutely superb, thank you.

        I emailed after 4/pm ,received a phone call, which reassured me and I was able to pick up the prescription from my nearest health clinic /I cannot say how reassuring this was.I have so much respect for our Health service, they make me feel cared for and I trust them.Which is very comforting when I have lost faith in much of our infrastructure.
