        For anyone looking for a very good quality gym, reasonably priced and get trained by someone who actually has been in the business for 20 years. Excellent training by Chris who is so knowledgeable, professional and focuses on proper techniques which I found missing in many gyms. Highly recommend Chris and Hone Gym.

        Great gym, incredible value, easy access, nice space and a great range of freeweights. Intimate no-nonsense setting for people who want to get on achieving their goals without prejudice or negative culture.
