Not great customer service!!! Placed an order, however payment failed, plus never received the order, thought it was automatically cancelled. Two weeks later placed another order, used bank transfer and made sure ayment definately went through. Received the items no problem. Two days later at 7.40 pm received an voice mail asking me for payment?? Turns out the send me the items by mistake, it was for the first order which never went through. And when i called, they started to claim they never received any money from me, even though i have already emailed a proof of bank transfer. Anyway, it's not the product that not good, it's how they dealt with the problems, and when they made a mistake they try to pin it on the custmer. Probably the worst experience i have had in my life in regards of cutomer care.
