Phil and his team are currently completing an extension on our house. We have been delighted with their work ethic and cannot praise them enough. The standard of work has been excellent so far and we cannot wait to see the final build! The team are fair, honest and trustworthy. They have been brilliant with our small children too. There is clear communication and discussion throughout and there are no hidden costs. The finish and chosen materials are of a very high standard. Our neighbours have even commented on how amazing the team have been. The site is always tidy after each day. We will post some final pictures of our extension on here when the work is complete. We highly recommend Phil and his team.

Disley Builders are unreliable and do not care about their clients. Phil Disley seemed nice and agreed to complete a number of works, but subsequently failed to turn up on the project start date, and proceeded to 'ghost' us as a client, ignoring phone, text, and email. I can only assume he found a more lucrative job. I would not recommend Disley Builders because not only do they think it's ok to drop any commitments they made to clients without hesitation, but also because they don't have the decency to inform the client of this intention. Disley Builders have now wasted weeks of our time which we could have spent finding alternative contractors. I hope others benefit from this review and manage to find good reliable alternatives. Edit: Since posting this review Disley Builders have been in contact to apologise for their actions and suggested they would be happy to come and do the works. However we did not feel this was a good basis on which to begin a working relationship.
