I recently purchased a vehicle from another business that had multiple faults, including extensive rust on the underside of the vehicle. The dealer that I bought it from was refusing to allow me to return the vehicle and give a refund. I needed an assessment of the rust and estimate of the cost of restoring it as part of the evidence that the vehicle was not of a satisfactory quality, so contacted Mitchell Motors Restoration Limited. Andrew Mitchell agreed to look at my car straight away, took me into his kitchen and even made me a (very nice!) cup of coffee which I drank whilst he produced a detailed report and e-mailed it to me immediately. He also offered me a number of excellent bits of advice that proved instrumental in persuading the business that I had bought the sub-standard car from to change their mind and offer me a refund and even offered to telephone the business to advocate on my behalf. I offered to pay him for his services but he refused. The service that Andrew Mitchell provided was exemplary, truly outstanding. We had never met before. He had nothing to gain from assisting me but went further in providing me with assistance than I could ever have expected. I am extremely grateful for his help.
