From the outset I was made to feel welcome and like Id found the right place. John (my new best mate) didnt patronise me in the slightest (and believe me, he really could have!). Instead, he helped me to understand the issues and gave me lots of invaluable advice.
Within a very short turnaround, and at very short notice too, John had fixed my bike completely and showed me how to maintain it so as not to encounter the same problems again.
Contact with me was frequent, friendly, and exactly what I needed.
I couldnt recommend this shop, and John higher.
