John was fantastic from start to finish. Brought our Tiguan off of us as we were looking for a cheaper run around now that we are not longer doing the miles. He helped to ensure same day payment for it so that we weren't stuck without a car. Couldn't fault the service. Very responsive to any queries we had. 10/10

Absolutely awful company to deal with Had no end of problems with new golf In 1st few weeks they had it more than me !! Fault never sorted But learned to live with !!! In recent weeks faults getting worse spoke with Chichester dealership and was told by a senior member that my fault was down to the weather like a fool I believed him until got worse there service department absolutely useless trying to get me to wait over 4 weeks to get car in !!!!! Last resort gotAA roadside assistance out Within minutes the technician found the fault which had been with the car since I received it !!! My honest opinion is DONT go near this company The salesmen give you good service to get your business so they get there commission But the aftersales/service department are useless with the worst attitude
